Meet Dr. Fraser

Dr. Fraser grew up in Andover, Massachusetts, and attended Phillips Academy. He double-majored in mechanical and biomedical engineering at Tufts University and went on to earn a master’s degree in biomedical engineering. He later was the recipient of a research fellowship in immunology and microfluidics from Harvard University. Dr. Fraser received his DMD from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where he completed honors programs in research, oral radiology, and community oral health. Dr. Fraser completed his residency in orthodontics at UCLA where he was elected chief resident.

Dr. Fraser is a committed advocate for continuing education among orthodontists. He is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the Northeastern Society of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, and the Massachusetts Dental Society. His peers have selected him as an American Association of Orthodontists Professional Advocacy delegate. During that time, he has addressed Congress and the Senate members about issues facing orthodontics. Most recently, he was elected to begin a three-year term on the Penn Dental Medicine’s Alumni Society Executive Board. Dr. Fraser has also won the 2022 Mass Dental Society 10 under 10 Award. This award is given to recipients who have made significant contributions to the profession and community. Dr. Fraser has contributed significantly to the Autism community through his lectures, webinars, and outreach. He believes all children should be allowed to have healthy, straight, and functional smiles.
